The New Auchentoroly Terrace Association (ATA) held its General Membership Meeting in person at the Parks and People Stone House Thursday, September 14, 2023, 6-8pm.

- Agenda voted in and approved
- Previous minutes approved
- A representative, Bruce Brown, from the States Attorney’s office read a prepared statement of Ivan Bates Initiatives. Announced legislative Engagement Advocacy Resource and Networking Citywide tour. Bruce took questions about a new citation system to combat charges that were previously decriminalized by SA Mosby. Announced the dates for an Older Adults Justice Luncheon.
- New resident Andrew McPermitt introduced himself.
- Open discussion on community clean up and hotspots on Bryant and Woodbrook.
- Open discussion on street sweeping inconsistencies.
- Donna Cypress presented escalation tactics for requesting ticketing and towing of cars that prevent street sweeping.
- John Kwamya presented an overview of the Care-A-Lot grant and future plans for community ownership and development.
- Javas provided information for Citywatch and security camera registration and cost reimbursement.
- Donna Lucas suggested starting a Sanitation Committee to escalate trash and 311 issues.
- Present: Anthony Greene – DPW Community Liaison
- Eli Lopitan gave updates on GMCC, Community Block Party and Village at Mondawmin
- Brittany King Volunteered to organize holiday wreaths
- Holiday Party discussed
- Good News was called: Traffic Signals fixed on Auchentoroly Terrace
- Meeting was adjourned
