ATA December 8, 2022 General Membership Meeting Minutes

The New Auchentoroly Terrace Association (ATA) held its General Membership Meeting and Holiday Dinner in person at the Parks and People Stone House Thursday, December 8, 2022, 6-8pm. ATA President Graham Coreil-Allen opened the meeting. The minutes from the October meeting were approved as read. President Graham Coreil Allen welcomed members and began the meeting.
- Meeting called to order at 6:20pm
- Opened with a prayer from the chaplain.
- President read the summary of the minutes from the last meeting.
- Minutes approved as read.
- Lost a member of our community. President recognized and asked for compassion for the resident.
- Special acknowledgment of Ms. June Jones as a neighborhood leader. Presented with a special reward.
- Special acknowledgement of Ms. Barbara and she was presented with a certificate from the mayor in recognition of her mother.
- Dinner began at 6:30pm
Special thanks to Al Chenault for filling in as Recording Secretary.
