Next Meeting and Updates on the Auchentoroly Terrace Green Spaces for Our Community! 

We have some exciting news to share, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

Our community is taking an important step toward creating a lasting green space that we can all enjoy for generations to come. A formal proposal has been put forward in support of acquiring land right here in our neighborhood, and we want every resident to have a voice in the process.

The proposal includes a summary of a recent community survey reflecting the thoughts and priorities of residents just like you. Please see the attached documents in our most recent email to review the survey summary, full proposal details, and the proposed resolution in support of GMCC’s Acquisition of land in the community.

 WHY THIS MATTERS
Green spaces do so much more than add beauty to our neighborhood. They:
• Improve air quality and support local wildlife
• Provide a safe, accessible place for families, children, and pets to gather
• Help manage stormwater runoff and reduce urban heat
• Increase property values and overall community well-being

We will be presenting the Green Space Proposal and a resolution in support of the land acquisition at our upcoming community meeting:

 HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Attending the meeting is the most important thing you can do! At the meeting, residents will have the opportunity to:
• Review the land acquisition proposal in detail
• Ask questions and share feedback
• Vote on the resolution in support of the acquisition
